Setting Up Your First Broadcast (Newsletter) in Systeme.io
Ready to send your first email? Follow these steps.
Step 1: Navigate to the Email Section
Log into your Systeme.io dashboard. Look at the top menu bar and click on “Emails.” Then select “Newsletters” from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Create a New Newsletter
On the top right hand side, choose the “Create” blue button. A new window will pop up asking for basic details.
Give your newsletter (broadcast) a name. This is just for you, subscribers won’t see it. Something like “November 2025 Update” works fine.
Step 3: Choose Your Recipients
Here’s where you decide who gets this email. You can select:
- Your entire list
- Specific tags
- People who bought certain products
Pick the audience that makes sense for your message.
Step 4: Write Your Email
Now the creative part begins!
Subject Line: Make it catchy but honest. This determines whether people open your email.
Sender Name: Use your name or business name. Keep it consistent.
Email Body: Write your message using the simple editor. You can add images, links, and basic formatting.

Step 5: Preview and Test
Before sending to everyone, click “Send Test Email.” This sends a copy to your own inbox. Check it on both desktop and mobile.

You have two options here. Send immediately by clicking “Send.” Or schedule it for later by selecting a date and time.
