So you’ve signed up for your free Systeme.io account and filled out your profile. Awesome! Now, if you’re just staring at your computer wondering, “What the heck is next?”
Don’t worry. That’s exactly why I wrote this quick guide.
Let me walk you through the main sections of your new dashboard. It’s kind of like your directional map of the platform. Once you know where everything lives, you’ll feel much more confident exploring on your own.
The Dashboard Tab

This is your home base. When you log in, you land here first.
The Main Dashboard shows you a snapshot of your business. You’ll see recent sales, contacts, and other key numbers at a glance.
There’s also an Affiliate Dashboard tucked in here. This tracks your earnings if you promote Systeme.io or other products through their affiliate program.
The CRM Tab
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. , this is where your people live.
Under Contacts, you’ll find everyone who has joined your email list or bought from you. Tags help you organize those contacts into groups. Pipelines let you track where people are in your sales process. And the Calendar helps you schedule calls or appointments.
The Sites Tab
This is where you build stuff that people actually see.
Websites lets you create simple sites for your business. Sales Funnels is probably where you’ll spend a lot of time building landing pages and sales pages. Creator Stores gives you a place to display all your products in one spot. And Blogs is where you can publish content to attract visitors.
The Emails Tab
Email marketing happens here.
Newsletters are one-time emails you send to your list. Campaigns are automated email sequences that go out on a schedule. Statistics shows you how your emails are performing with open rates and click rates.
The Automations Tab
This section saves you time by doing things automatically.
Rules are simple “if this, then that” triggers. For example, when someone buys a product, tag them as a customer. Workflows are more advanced and let you build complex automation sequences.
The Assets Tab
Think of this as your storage room for things you sell or share.
Physical Products is for tangible goods you ship. Coupons lets you create discount codes. Courses is where you build online training programs. Communities gives your customers a place to connect. And Files stores digital downloads like eBooks or PDFs.
The Sales Tab
Money stuff lives here.
Orders shows what people have purchased. Transactions tracks the actual payments. Subscriptions manages recurring billing. Affiliate Invoices handles payments to your affiliates. And My Affiliate Program is where you set up your own program for others to promote your products.
